Great news for all Common Ground supporters!  We recently completed a reorganization process to focus our efforts to strengthen groups working for progressive social change in Athens.  We're pleased to announce that out of that process, we have hired Jenna Moon as the first Executive Director of Common Ground.

Jenna first came to Common Ground as a volunteer coordinating special events, but she has grown to be a key program leader.  Over the past year, she has joined in planning, securing funds for, and directing the Common Ground Internship Consortium, our program developing young nonprofit leaders and providing project support to our affiliate groups.  This summer's participants supported the recent Taste Your Place event for P.L.A.C.E., planned the upcoming Multimodal Madness race for BikeAthens, and guided Free IT Athens through a strategic planning process.
