Common Ground recently began hosting survey software, called phpESP, that allows you to create customized surveys and send them to an unlimited number of recipients.

This is an effective tool for connecting with your supporters.  Free for affiliate groups to use, it allows you to use nine different question formats, add as many questions and sections as you like, and add conditional questions that appear according to the responses to previous questions.

For example, you can ask supporters to rank different program priorities, check off different activities they've taken part in, and ask follow-up questions about each of those activities they have attended.  In addition, you can create a custom thank-you page when they finish, analyze the responses online, or download them to your favorite spreadsheet program.
