Spring is here. And there is something new to offer residents of and guests to our great town of Athens.

The Athens Farmers' Market: Local and Sustainable
That's right. A new bigger, better farmers' market is opening in a month at Bishop Park featuring our farmers' best of fresh sustainably-grown produce. The market will also feature local hand-made and home-made crafts, direct-trade coffee, freshly baked bread and other treats. The market will run every Saturday from May 17th to the Saturday before Thanksgiving. Hours of operation will be 8am to 1pm.
We will have a Grand Opening Celebration on May 17th. More details on the grand opening soon.
